Intence music, can make you tired because it draws a lot of attention and disturbes your regular focus. But you can’t say it is bad.. Sometimes you have too much energy pilled up in you, and you have to release it somehow,- for example:

Calm music, can make you relaxed and enhace your mental capacity, for study, reading a Book or any other activity that requires Brain power, for example: Binaural beats, Relaxing piano music or any other musical instrument. Music can bring you to a memory that you can relive it once more. It can make you happy as much as it can make you sad. Music can even affect you physically.
