Mumbai Pulao

Ingredients : 

Long grain Rice – 1 cup
Tomato – 2
Onion – 1
Red Pepper – 1
Green peas – 1/4 cup

To Temper : 
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Garlic paste  – 1 tsp
Turmeric  – 1/8 tsp
Bay leaf – 1
Clove – 1
Green chilli – 1
Tomato Sauce (optional for redness)
Sriracha Sauce (optional for extra spicy)

Preparation : 
Soak rice for at least half hour to make it softer. Chop pepper and onion finely (or in cubes) . Heat the pan, apply Ginger and Garlic paste with other Spices.
Throw in veggies for a minute to keep them nice and crunchy.
Ones, rice are done cooking mix everything :))
