1     Pitted date (2  optional for the sweetness)
1     Tbsp raw shelled hemp seeds
1/2 Tbsp Chia seeds
2     Bananas
3     Handfuls of Kale or Spinach
1 Tbsp of Spirulina

        Almond Milk
And Finally
Top it with some Goji Berries.
